— Letter from the Editor —

What is this thing?

It's a magazine for the stories nobody tells anymore — the late-night studio accidents, the burning casinos, the sleeping guitarists who created riffs in their dreams.

We don't write album reviews. We don't rank Top 100s. We dig up the moments — the night Merry Clayton walked into a studio at 3 AM and recorded one of the most haunting vocals in rock history. The afternoon Brian Wilson built a sandbox for his kid and walked away with "Good Vibrations" in his head. The day Keith Moon decided drum kits were meant to be destroyed.

Every issue is one anecdote, told properly: with vivid detail, real sources, and a healthy respect for how much these musicians shaped the sound of the modern world.
